American singer and songwriter Chris Brown is set to perform in Kenya for the second time after performing back in 2016 in Mombasa Rock Concert which was held in Nyali Golf Club. The news of Chris Brown's Kenyan concert was made public by renowned Kenyan DJ and talent manager DJ Slahver.
The loyal hitmaker is set to perform a blazing performance at the carnivore grounds in Nairobi on 26th August 2022. Back in 2016, it was rumored that the singer allegedly bagged Ksh 90 million after performing for 90 minutes, he performed alongside other biggest African artists Nigeria's WizKid, Tanzania's Alikiba and our very own Kenyan artist Jay A.
However, the event organisers led by Wale Wasee Limited co-director Thandi Ojeer disputed the figure.“No, I wish I had that kind of money" and when pressed to provide the actual figure, the promoter said; "that’s confidential information; it’s like asking someone to reveal; their bank balance,”.
The 2016 performance organizer's tickets were selling at Ksh 10,000 for regular tickets and Ksh 20,000 for the VIP.
